Notre Dame senior Andrew West said he’s always felt a call to serve our country. It was a privilege to nominate Andrew to attend the United States Naval Academy and celebrate with him in person this week. He’s a great student who uses his free time to tutor other students and attend mission trips. He wants to make the military his career, and I’m so glad I could help him in his incredible journey.
