Emma Duenne is a creative girl who loves the sports she’s involved in and writing, but many people don’t know how involved she is with 4-H. 4-H is a non-profit organization that allows kids and teens to develop leadership skills and interact with their community. Emma has been involved with it ever since kindergarten.
“4-H has played a very big part in my early life and taught me many things like cooking fundamentals, safe shooting education, art basics, and even how to get more comfortable in front of crowds,” Emma said.
Duenne participates in many categories like shooting sports and art, and has taken food classes for 6 years.
“I made many great accomplishments in 4-H. My favorite would be any state competition I attended for air rifle and .22 rifles. Going to state competitions is always fun, but since my dad was the head coach it was special to be able to compete and place with him as my coach.
